I am a French & Italian concentrator pursuing certificates in Humanistic Studies and Theater.
Role(s) held in the Humanistic Studies Program:
Certificate student, Behrman Undergraduate Society of Fellows
Activities I participate in on campus:
Associate Editor of The Prospect, the arts and culture section of The Daily Princetonian; Princeton Triangle Club as a technician, officially as the Master Electrician in charge of lighting
What I have gained from studying the Humanities:
One thing the Humanities at Princeton has afforded me is the opportunity to explore countless new areas of study. It seems every semester I discover new things that spike my curiosity and call me to further, deep exploration. I’ve also gained new ways of looking at the world both from simply learning what others have to say about the world and from fundamentally rethinking what the Humanities are as I’ve delved into the Digital Humanities.
